Glimix PTE. LTD. Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the products, services, and technologies (collectively, the "Products") provided by Glimix PTE. LTD. under any ongoing agreement. It aims to protect us, our customers, and the broader internet community from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal activities.

Customers engaging in prohibited activities may face service suspension, account termination, and—in extreme cases—legal reporting to relevant authorities.

Fair Use

We assume usage will be within reasonable limits ("business as usual") per our offerings. Excessive usage may result in added fees or restricted access. We do not tolerate abuse, discrimination, rights violations, or actions that harm individuals, groups, or systems. We expect the same from our customers and their end users.

Customer Accountability

Customers are responsible for their own actions and the actions of anyone using the Products under their authorization. This includes unauthorized users if inadequate security measures are in place.

By using our Products, customers agree to enforce this policy with anyone using them. Any complaints will be directed to the registered account contact. Violations may result in service or account termination, and to the extent permitted by law, no service credit will be issued for interruptions caused by such violations.

Prohibited Activity

1. Copyright Infringement and Unauthorized Material

Products must not be used to distribute or store material that violates the law. This includes:

  • Copyrighted material used without authorization,
  • Obscene, defamatory, threatening content, or materials violating export laws.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to the content they use or publish.

2. Spam and Unauthorized Messaging

Our Products may not be used for:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam"),
  • Using purchased email or phone lists,
  • Running unconfirmed opt-in lists,
  • Collecting responses to spam from other providers.

All messaging must follow a confirmed opt-in process, and proof of consent must be retained. This policy applies whether using our network or referring users to content hosted by us.

3. Unethical, Exploitative, or Malicious Activity

Products must not be used for:

  • Developing or distributing tools designed for spam or attacks,
  • Hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access attempts,
  • Introducing malware or viruses,
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination,
  • Avoiding payment for services (ours or others’),
  • Accessing or altering customer data without permission,
  • Inciting violence, sharing child abuse content, or endangering health/safety,
  • Violating consumer protection or privacy laws,
  • Involvement in illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics, arms trafficking, or WMD-related activities (including affiliates).
4. Unauthorized Use of Glimix PTE. LTD. Brand or Assets

We prohibit impersonation of Glimix PTE. LTD., false claims of business relationships, or misuse of our brand/products for fraudulent purposes.

About This Policy

This policy outlines examples of unacceptable behavior. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time by publishing a revised version on our app. The revised version will be effective either:

  • When the customer next uses our Products after publication, or
  • 30 days after we publish the changes—whichever comes first.
