All materials in Glimix are owned or licensed by Glimix PTE. LTD. You may use the app on your device for personal use only. This constitutes a license, not a transfer of title. This license ends if you breach these terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and adapt your content consistent with your privacy settings.
This license can be revoked by deleting your content or account, except where your content was used in commercial or sponsored materials.
Glimix has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting, promoting, or otherwise facilitating content or conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming of minors for sexual purposes, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion involving minors, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, and any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Glimix will take appropriate action when it becomes aware of CSAE or CSAM on the platform. Such action may include immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of accounts, preservation of relevant information where required by law, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or law-enforcement authority, as required by applicable law.
Users may report inappropriate content, accounts, messages, or conduct using the reporting mechanisms available within the Glimix application.
Glimix complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and maintains procedures for reviewing and responding to reports involving potential child exploitation.
You allow us to install updates to Glimix per your device settings. You may revoke this permission by deleting the app.
Glimix is provided "as is" with no warranties. We disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential loss including data loss, lost revenue, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, in which case some exclusions may not apply.
Materials in Glimix are for general information only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or reliability.
We do not review or control third-party linked sites. Use them at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
